Impact test sled

We undertake repair and maintenance of impact test sleds manufactured by our parent company Hans Hoffmann GmbH & Co. KG as well as third parties.

Volkswagen AG’s internal quality control standard PV 3539 and BMW AG’s QV 16012 require that the impact test sleds must be maintained at least once a year. As part of the annual inspection, we ascertain proper functionality of all safety-relevant systems.

Regular maintenance will ensure – this is important – that test results obtained from your equipment are reproducible and remain consistent with results from equipment at other sites.

We can certify your equipment every 3-5 years as part of maintenance. You will find further information on under Certification and Compliance.
