Continuous feed ovens

Continuous feed dryers are particularly suited for serially produced goods.

In order to permit continuous and rapid loading of conveyor belts, several types of belt and charging systems can be installed at the dryer inlet.

f the case of combustible materials, the dryer must be designed to comply with DIN EN 1539 and operated in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety regulations (BGR 500 Chapter 2.28).

If the continuous feed oven is used for high volumes of combustible materials, then it is recommended that the air exhaust is scrubbed with a thermal post-combustion unit.

We routinely undertake:

• Visual inspection of oven interiors and exteriors
• Adjustment of air vents if necessary 
• Checking for compliance with required minimum airflow volumes in solvent dryers
• Inspection of electrical circuits and safety devices for fault-free functioning 
• Inspection of temperature sensors
• Inspection of flow valves for proper functioning and smooth operation
• Inspection and readjustment of door seals
• Inspection of conveyor systems
• Inspection of loading systems
• Issue of inspection logs

We especially undertake:

• Temperature recording in the payload area with data loggers 
• Temperature recording on products with data loggers
• Issue of temperature measurement logs
