Certification and Compliance

Equipment used to test tanks branded by Volkswagen AG, SEAT S.A., SKODA Automobile a.s., Audi AG and BMW AG must be certified to comply with company standards PV 3539 and QV 16012.

We certify impact test sleds manufactured by our parent company Hans Hoffmann GmbH & Co. KG as well as third parties. Impact test sleds must be certified every 3-5 years following inspection and maintenance.

Thanks to our excellent partnership with Volkswagen AG, we are in a favourable position to resolve technical problems expediently and to the highest satisfaction of our customers. Volkswagen AG’s research and development department for fuel systems (EFAK) has accredited Hoffmann Industrietechnik GmbH to carry out certification for compliance with PV 1539.

We inspect test sleds only with our own in-house engineering team all over the world. We need one to two days for recording data on site. The data is subsequently evaluated and summarised for you in a detailed inspection report.
